The emergence of the "Clean Beauty" market, emphasizing safer ingredients, further highlighted the necessity for a regulatory update.Despite the overall positive industry reception, uncertainties persist, especially among smaller brands and manufacturers. The central point of contention revolves around products designed for eye makeup.
